COVID-19

All our lives & businesses are changing in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is an uncertain & unprecedented time for everyone & our concern is always first & foremost the health & safety of our employees & clients.  To minimise any risk we are taking the following precautions:

Office closure

Our Falkirk office is now closed for meetings & will remain so until further notice. We will be monitoring this on a daily basis & will look to re-open the office once it’s safe to do so.

Telephone & email support

All of our staff are still currently working from our office, so you can still contact us via telephone or email.  Other than stopping all client meetings, it is still essentially business as usual for us, so we will continue to do all the tasks associated with looking after your financial planning needs.

Remote working

If & when government guidance is that we should isolate completely, we have remote working capabilities, so we can continue to provide your ongoing service from any location.

Online/telephone meetings

It is our plan to continue to carry out any client reviews that fall due over the coming months.  However, rather than doing these in the usual face to face meetings, it is our intention (where possible) to upload all review packs to our Client Portal & follow that up with a telephone appointment to discuss any action required.

 

Our focus remains on the well-being of our employees & clients, so we are closely monitoring & following guidelines set by government agencies to limit any risk.  However, we want to reassure you that our services to you remain robust & highly resilient.  We therefore believe we are well equipped to provide an uninterrupted service, albeit in a slightly different format to normal.
