Laura joined us in February 2018, having previously worked for 14 years as a Classroom Assistant in a primary school working with special needs children. She will normally be your first point of contact at Harley Financial Services as she answers the phone and greets clients on arrival at the office. She is also responsible for daily administration duties, arranging meetings, and working alongside the team in a supporting role (and keeping us in tea & coffee!).

Why my job is important

“As I am usually the first point of contact for clients, it is vital that I am an ambassador for the company and greet clients in the professional, friendly manner they have come to expect from Harley Financial Services. I also support the rest of the team with administrative duties, such as collecting information from product providers about existing plans, processing new business & booking appointments.”

Top Tip

“Investing is a means to an end, not an end in itself. So before you invest, remind yourself that life is not a rehearsal and then ask yourself what you want to do with the time you have left.”

Personal Life

Laura lives with Ian and they have three boys. Laura enjoys socialising with her friends & family, trips to the theatre or cinema and going out for dinner. She also spends time supporting her youngest son in his paintballing interests. Interesting fact – she has also been friends with our Managing Director since they met as 4 year olds in their primary one class. That’s a very long time!!
